At Eight, we enjoy working closely with our local partners to produce a one-of-a-kind dining experience. We think fresh ingredients just taste better, so we use local and organic produce, grass fed beef and local, organic and free range poultry. All seafood is seasonal, sustainable and line caught whenever possible.
Our wines primarily come from Sonoma County with an emphasis on the Russian River Valley. We are fortunate to work with local, top-ranked wineries who produce some of the finest wines in the World. These wines are specifically selected to pair with the delicious food you’ll find here at Eight.
